An artwork created for a family: Simone, the father, Federica, the mother, and their two children, Arianna and Marco.

“The distinctive nature of this artwork lies in the way I have used the hands of the four protagonists to try to portray the embrace that stems from the father and mother’s love and extends to the two children, who are supported by their parents”.

It is a morphological artwork, different from my other creations: to achieve a better and more realistic definition, I employed a different process and used a paste of ground stones and pearlised paint.

The work nestles within an illuminated painting which projects both colour and warmth on the embrace. The fine golden threads symbolise “the bond and the indissoluble union” of their family.
